We Believe, That Veterans Should Know What They Are Entitled To And Covered For Through The VA. While Also Belonging To And Actively Participating In A VSO.

Marketing

Our issuing partner Lead Lab utilizes cutting edge advertising and marketing to reach the nearly 20 million Veterans across the U.S. They do this utilizing commonly frequented social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Veterans and their families by the hundreds of thousand’s each year request the “Burial and Will Kit” for Veterans provided by Protect My Family.

This request opens the door for the Service Member Benefits Partnership Program to fulfill it’s mission of Growing, Educating, and Protecting our Nations Veterans.

Technology

Veterans who have requested their Burial and Will Kit, are then invited to meet with a Service Member Benefits trained licensed representative. These representatives are equipped to meet the Veteran at their convenience, on any commonly used device and conferencing platform, like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and FaceTime.

Once a meeting is scheduled, a virtual presentation by a Service Member Benefits representative is conducted. Every Veteran that is presented to, completes the Service Member Benefits Survey.

The survey determines if the Veteran belongs to a VSO, their discharge status of honorable, and whether they were a combat veteran overseas. Once a presentation is complete, the Veteran completes an exit survey in which they are able to express their interest in joining a VSO.

Sponsorship

With over 1,700 Veterans passing away daily, Veterans knowing exactly what they are covered for and entitled to is of the utmost importance.

That’s why through the Service Member Benefits Partnership Program, every Veteran that is met with is able to extend the same service and benefit explanation to other Veterans and their families at no cost.

This creates another opportunity for SMB to meet with other Veterans who don’t belong to a VSO.

Almost 40% of all new memberships that are generated from the Service Member Benefits Partnership Program come from Sponsorship of another Veteran.
